What's your experience with Ozempic or Saxenda for weight loss?

I am on the weekly Mounjaro shot and it constipates me so bad! Doctor recommended Miralax every morning for the first 10 days, then every other day after that. I have never been so regular and no longer struggling! Highly recommend Miralax! One capful in 1/4 cup of Gaterade Zero and zero taste!!

I am curious if the Miralax continues to work after a longer time? I have Type 2 and took Ozempic 2MG for over a year; my pcp switched me to mounjaro 5mg and now I have very significant constipation. The pcp then had me take senna - only a small improvement. I would be interested your progress with Miralax and hearing from anyone else that has had similar side effects with fairly low level mounjaro….
