What's your experience with Ozempic or Saxenda for weight loss?

Just be aware that Ozempic/Saxenda can cause GI issues. I am been using Ozempic for 9 months and have lost 50 lbs. I do suffer from constipation so I need to make sure to drink plenty of water and get some fiber in my diet.

I am on the weekly Mounjaro shot and it constipates me so bad! Doctor recommended Miralax every morning for the first 10 days, then every other day after that. I have never been so regular and no longer struggling! Highly recommend Miralax! One capful in 1/4 cup of Gaterade Zero and zero taste!!
