Thank you! So the next day I use the medicine that I didn’t use the first day… and if I travel, I can bring the medicine with me and refrigerate it once I get to a destination?

The pen has a month's supply in it. You use whatever amount you set on the pen, each day, The pen goes back to zero after each injection.

If you are doing partial doses, use cold packs for travel so it lasts past 30 days.
