Thank you so much. I also don’t think I could tolerate the full dose at first . Having never used this, I am trying to figure out how the clicks work. Every time you turn the dial you hear a click? Do you inject the next day with the remaining medicine?

@curious6 once you inject, the pen goes back to zero. You can feel the clicks. In your situation I would suggest starting with three since you do not want to start with a full dose. This is all very flexible. Just remember that unlike infusions, Tymlos leaves your body very quickly. Half is gone in one hour. If you do a partial dose, refrigerate it so the pen lasts long enough.
