I have experienced OsteoStrong and it’s great but…very expensive. Over $200 a month for a weekly 15 minute session. Very unaffordable for most people.

I just started Osteostrong last week. I haven’t had significant success with drugs so trying this. I’m also being better about weight & resistance training.
If it works it’s worth it to me.
