I am using it as a part of a “natural” approach which also includes very brisk walking, exercises, and supplements (calcium, vitamin D). I will try this approach for a year and then have another bone scan to see if there is improvement….or not.

Thanks for sharing this information. I hope to do something similar to your "natural" approach.

Take magnesium with K2 too. The K2 takes the calcium and gets it into the bone.
