I am not sure that one would call this twitching but here I go. Infrequently while lying on my back or either side, My leg will begin to move involuntarily which causes me to be awake hours or even the entire night. Also, infrequently, when laying on either side, in a fetal position, I will have electrical like tingling in my ankles and/or knees.
