Do you exercise regularly with your own home exercise program? I have found that using my muscles has provided me increased benefit of decreased pain and decreased episodes of night spasms in my legs and feet.

I’m almost 74 and I still try to get out and walk about 1-2miles - three times a week. But I have stage three of progressive poly neuropathy from a doctor who cut the entire branch of nerves at T9-10. I’ve taken many supplements for nerve growth but nerves grow so slow nothing has improved. In fact more nerves keep dying in my feet causing more balance and pain issues. I’ve consulted a naturalpath and I have a BS in Holistic herbalism and nutrition. We keep seeking ways to also improve digestion from the intestinal and gut neuropathy. While that issue had improved, I continue to lose feeling in my feet, legs, buttocks, and now hands and arms. I am not diabetic and I manage my diet to not become diabetic. I also use test strips to ck for acid versus alkalinity as it’s important to not let the body become too acidic. That causes more disease. I also ck for food items that cause tissue swelling like red meat and dairy as avoiding them helps the neuropathy swelling in my feet , knees and hands. I’m open to try new things. So I keep reading and exploring.
