The fatigue was unlike anything I’d experienced before. Just lifting my arm seemed to be exhausting. It’s difficult, I know, but it will pass and you will regain your normal strength. Good luck!

Me too, after mastectomy, chemo and radiation at 74. Remember a beach holiday with my family when I didn't have the energy to leave our apartment. Just sat and looked at the waves. Fatigue and hence no exercise didn't do much for my bone density, and anastrozole isn't exactly helpful - so am having to work pretty hard to get back to pre chemo bone density readings.
