Peripheral Neuropathy Twitching?

I also have twitching. It can be concerning. I has anyone spoke to a Dr. about it? What did they say. When I mentioned it, they really did not have an answer.
At first I thought it was from my back but reading all your comments I now feel it may be from my neuropathy.
I tries cutting back on coffee but that really did not make a difference. It will get worse with anxiety. Other times it will not be there and I think I am fine and it is gone. Sadly, it comes back. I am trying to figure out if something triggers it.
Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

Welcome @kimba8138, Sorry to hear you are struggling to find answers. I don't think you are alone and I applaud you for seeking answers and learning what may help. The best thing we can do for ourselves is learn as much as we can about the neuropathy condition and what treatments are available that may help provide relief for the symptoms. Have you seen or been diagnosed with neuropathy by a neurologist?
