Struggling with Tymlos medicine

Thanks to @windyshores I learned that you could start at a low dose and work your way up. I did 3 clicks for three days, just to let my body "get to know" the medication, and went up a click every five days.
I couldn't get past six clicks. Two times I tried 7 clicks, and I got palpitations, tachycardia, leg cramps, and terrible headaches, so I had to skip a day, go back to five, and then back to six.
After eight months, I had a DEXA and found that my T-scores had improved, even at a lower dose (60 mcg.)

@mmodestti that's great that you had gains with 60mcg. I hope you will keep trying to get to 70mcg. I actually varied my dose depending on what I had to do that day! I even did 80mcg sometimes 🙂 If you do 7 for a few days- more than 2- the side effects might ease. If not, then you will know!
