I'm not a doctor, but I too was on the young side....not as young as you. I'd guess (again not a doctor) that if you don't have symptoms, that you won't show PMR markers in your blood tests, notably CRP and Sed rate. You might both have a genetic test and check for markers of inflammatory diseases.

Ok. I think I had those blood tests last year when I saw a neurologist. About the same time diagnosed with post covid syndrome. Anyway, they were negative, I believe. For that, I am relieved.
