Radioactive Iodine Treatment

Hi does anyone know if the isolation conditions depend on how Radioactive Iodine you receive?. I’ve been told isolate for 16 days and stay off work for a month

Hi i’m sorry my mistake i thought this was a discussion forum. I’m still sick every morning and due to have my radioactive iodine treatment in a month. I thought someone here may be able to help me. Sorry again

@philip62 no apology needed. You are correct. This is a discussion forum. Members help each other by sharing their experiences, being supportive and encouraging. What we shouldn’t be doing is trying to diagnose & / or prescribe (advise or recommend) medications & treatments. This is better left in the hands of your providers. Have you talked to your providers about the daily sickness you feel? Can you ask your providers about the concerns you have regarding your upcoming radioactive iodine treatment?
