I take Tumeric tablets once or twice a week, sometimes more often, for inflammation, my choice after reading that it helps with inflammation. Interesting the suggestion of gargle with it along with the salt water. My expereinces in the last several years has been good results with doctors of international training who had to do some retraining, or shall we say review or further training, to be able to practicee in the US.
