Lingering aches + pins & needles?

Hi,
I had a lumpectomy and SNB in late March, and completed radiation in late May. I had some nerve damage as a result of the SNB which was very painful for a few weeks, but thankfully subsided.

However, I’m still experiences aches in various areas of my breast and under my arm, and also ‘pins and needles’ feelings at times. Has anyone else experienced these? Does they go away in time? Or should I just accept them as part of my new normal?

I had a lumpectomy and resection and while they didn't last 3 minutes I had jolts that were sharp and felt like a shock. They stopped after a few months but they were very concerning and painful of course. They would hit so suddenly I would flinch hard in pain. I was also told they were a normal part of the healing process, nerve related.
