Welcome @scout227, According to the link in the discussion description they do send you home with some exercises to keep doing at home but I'm sure there is more to their INf treatment program - Loma Linda University Health: https://lluh.org/services/neuropathic-therapy-center/our-services.

I also found this YouTube video that gives you some exercises at home to help with neuropathy.

How long have you been diagnosed with neuropathy? Have you tried other treatments?
