I'll have to check. I am now assuming that the percentage change on my report is BMD not T scores. Thanks to @babs20 for bringing this up. I want to be accurate when I cite my 20% spine gain!

In clinical trials for anabolics, Dexa results are compared using BMD change%, not T score change%. I’m pretty sure MGH’s Dexa reports would use BMD%. As patients, we all like to use T score to express our Dexa results.

I saw a chart that said 10% improvement in BMD = 1 in T Score, but I haven’t found that to be true.
