I have never used non medical dispensary under state regulations..neither has my partner. I fear non regulated "stores" and sales folk. I follow my medical cannabis doctor recommended uses and methodology. I urge others to do the same. If folks get a placebo effect from whatever is sold at vape shop style cbd stores, I say that is good for them. Buyer beware. Hth
