Could be vertigo,could be medication side effect,your neck . You should<br>speak to your doctor to check imbalance your ear or cervical spine issues.<br>Good luck<br>

NO DIZZY SPELLS OR FEELINGS. I'm 75 and just sometimes topple over or swerve into walls, doorways, etc. NO OTHER SYMPTOMS.
Does anyone else have this? thank you so much.
