Everyone is different but I usually stayed on the 1/2 mg increase for one or two weeks depending on how I felt in the morning when I woke up before trying to go down again.

Thanks so much I’m grateful for your help! I’ll try it. Do you increase a half mg if the morning pain doesn’t subside in a week?
