Lowest PSA that Mayo Rochester measures?
What is the lowest PSA reading or result that Mayo Rochester measures? Is it .1? Or is it .01?
Anything below their lowest reading is considered “undetectable”, as I understand it. I just am not sure of what that lowest reading is..

@jc76, thanks very much for the detailed explanation and for sharing your PSA readings. It sounds like you’re on the right trajectory as far as PSA goes. Best of luck to you, brother.
< 0.10 is what my ro test results say is undetectable
This is very relevant as I head back in next week to see if my post-RALP uPSA is continuing to rise or fluctuating.
Mayo Rochester may be right in not providing data that is not indicative, but that's certainly not my style. It reminds me of guidelines that it was better not to test PSA since it could result in unnecessary treatments, which resulted in a primary care MD not testing me without inquiring as to whether I had any relevant prostate hx.
For my part, I was distracted and didn't notice that she had not ordered the testing...until the next doctor did test several years later (again, my fault, avoiding "unnecessary" bloodwork and minor expense) and the result came back at 10.8. Then I was like, when was my last test result to compare, and it wasn't there.
So, I think I'll take a few extra tests this time around and see how it fluctuates with more data points and more precise measurements. I'm glad there is more precise testing available. I know that the absence of confirming data is not the presence of "cancer-free life."
