I’m 69 years old and was diagnosed February 2023 with stage 1 grade 1 Endometrial. Had total hysterectomy in April 2023, follow up in June all clear and again in December all clear. Had no other treatment. I visit the cancer clinic every six months for 2 years for follow up. So far no more issues 🙌🏼

My suggestion is to keep monitoring past the two year mark. My sister had the surgery, chemotherapy but no radiation for the same issue. Hers was judged to be Stage 2. Her reoccurrence came near the end of her 5 year follow up. She was told by the second team who treated her that she should have had some general radiation to clean up any rogue cells that may have been hiding in her surgery scar tissue (apparently chemotherapy can’t get at those cells). I hope that you remain cancer free and don’t have her experience but if you notice anything even slightly amiss see a good oncologist right away. Do everything you can in the way of diet and exercise to stay healthy. Wishing you continued good health …..
