I had to badger my pcp to increase my thyroid medicine. Caffeine helps a bit to increase energy (mostly while exercising). Psyllium husk helps with constipation; the mix of soluble and insoluble fiber helps move things along and helps feed the bacteria in your GI tract. If your pcp won't address your TSH levels, maybe another doctor will.
