Sounds as if her doc recommended. I know when I asked my Rheumy if the ointment form of it could help me Sleep and his answer was”can’t hurt”. But I didn’t stay asleep longer, which is my problem.

I have a habit of overthinking everything—especially meds. But if her doctor suggests it and her pharmacist tells me what to get, then maybe it will help. Or at least have no effect.
