Findings in recent mamogram??

I just was notified that my recent mammogram showed focal asymmetry in one breast. I’m scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound in a week. All of my close female relatives, even my daughter, have had breast cancer, so I’m very concerned and anxious. From these comments it seems like they’re usually benign results. Any wisdom to share?

@twinkie23. it's hard not to worry. I'm glad that further investigations are being done to make sure. It's true that benign results are more common. When is your next mammogram and ultrasound?
