I realized since I'm sharing Dr Wahls' personal care recipes I might as well share the simpler bath salts recipe: "Soaking in a bath is an excellent way to take in more magnesium, which helps with muscle healing and strength. Mix 1/2 cup sea salt with 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and pour in to a warm bath. Add 4 to 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. I like lavender, sandalwood or chamomile for a relaxing bath.
