Most people I know don't have very many side effects with Evenity. Drink plenty of water and take a tylenol. It will help your bones quickly.

ps Reclast is zoledronic acid and Fosamax is alendronate. Reclast is a little stronger but both work the same 🙂

I was scared as well, but supplements and exercise alone did not work. After 12 months of Evenity injections, I’ve gone from severe osteoporosis to borderline, with a 32% gain in my spine. I experienced minimal side effects: headache for a few days after the first few injections, fatigue and swelling near the injection site for a couple days.
