Thanks for your reply. I have read about drinking a lot of water along with consuming less foods high in B6 but unfortunately I have a low sodium problem which means I have to limit my fluid intake so as not to dilute my blood sodium level. I sure wish I could do what you did.
In the meantime I'm trying to limit my B6 intake.

I was reading this article about high levels of B6, i just found out mine is very high. I do not eat much, take no supplements, I have no idea why it's so high. Did you find out how to lower it? I know it can cause nerve damage.
