You might have tmj can cause stuff neck you bite down to hurd with you teeth make you jaw and have a stiff neck too ask your dentist 🦷 to make a bit gurad .I have tmj and I got a stiff neck from it .thay a spay call cryoderm helped with all for my stiff neck and back pain too. I do have TMJ also but there is cord compression in my cervical area and some radiculopathy, the doc says. Thank you so much for the prayers.
