Hi- ironically, I had high levels of B12 (strange, right...?! Luckily. I researched (b12) and found vegetarians, like me could be deficiency in this area so I requested to have it checked during my routine wellness visit but results were clearly the opposite. Doctors never asked, cared or inquired about it being high as in >1200.
I researched more, it was my own theory to start drinking MORE water to hopefully flush whatever was going on inside my body. I did this for awhile, few years later I had it rechecked. and thankfully b12 levels had decreased alot (well within range). Not sure why or what was contributing to the b12 mystery .... but I'm happy 🙂

Thanks for your reply. I have read about drinking a lot of water along with consuming less foods high in B6 but unfortunately I have a low sodium problem which means I have to limit my fluid intake so as not to dilute my blood sodium level. I sure wish I could do what you did.
In the meantime I'm trying to limit my B6 intake.
Thanks for offering a possible solution. I truly appreciate it.
