I had PRP for tendon tear. It has worked great and still pain free after 4 years. Then Sept 2023 I had tops of both feet done to relieve arthritis. Did great but about a year after, some pain in both feet, more in right, was noticed. But not as bad as the initial pain. I have to go back for a second round of PRP. which was expected.
Just have to avoid anything that fights inflammation for a couple months.
Highly recommend. It’s done while doctor is using ultrasound to see that he placing it he is placing it right in the affected area, My ortho won’t do it in backs at this time. Not comfortable using PRP there yet.

i had PRP on the back for L4 L5 and it worked great. No pain in 2 weeks. Friends all had operations.
