I too have medical ID. One is a necklace that looks like dog tags. The other is a stretchy bracelet with a little compartment that holds a folded up sheet of paper with pertinent information written on it. I found that I had too many things to put on it and couldn’t write that small. Still the necklace and bracelet are good to catch someone’s attention. Mine are so old that I have to color the red snake on a pole emblem with a red sharpie from time to time.
I made a separate sheet with pertinent information on it. It has emergency contacts, diagnoses, medications, medical providers contact information and pharmacy contact information on it. I keep one copy in my wallet, purse, back pack &/or fanny bag. And another one in my medication, supplies & devices bag for travel.
