Hi Tom

So, do you eat throughout the night? I found that I am not affected while sleeping (or even horizontally), but my eating frequency is during the non-intermittent times.

Hi Ricki,

I do not eat throughout the night. I also am not affected while sleeping. Being horizontal also helps. Great points. Thank you.
