@popolopo May I ask if you are participating in Physical Therapy? I am a very slow healer but it is because my anti inflammatory response system is a little messed up from a tumor in the adrenal gland. I am rehabbing an injury to my right shoulder from an injury over a year ago. Torn pec minor and impingement. Very frustrating at times but I celebrate the small victories.

I have been doing physical therapy & manual therapy 3 days a week for 8 months, I had reaction to the cortisone injections so I can not have any more. I am finally seeing results but it is day to day .

I have massages every month and go to Aqua exercises two or three times a week,tried Bowen therapy but it was useless.i try to walk every day for about 30 minutes.
