Like @gingerw I too have an id through MedicAlert. I've had it for over 50 years. MedicAlert can give assistance to emergency and medical personal. They also notify family members and store medical and legal documents.

I also just have a metal piece that I got from Amazon that attaches to the band of my Apple Watch. I also have all my medical information as well as all medications entered on my health record on my Apple Watch.
