Just as a follow-up to anyone looking to fulfill this requirement for getting on the list, I am currently taking enrolled at http://www.selfrecovery.org. It is an excellent program. I'm getting a lot out of it, especially the mindfulness sessions. Highly recommend it.

@itsme623, I’m so happy that you have been able to enroll into this program. And that you are already finding it to be helpful. I wish you continued success as you make progress toward a potential transplant.
Do you have routine labs drawn for the transplant team? Are you experiencing any liver symptoms?
