Thank you. I have awful symptoms of lightheadedness and tremors. I will now try to reduce my intake of foods high in vitamin B6 and see what happens.
Fingers crossed....

Have you seen your doctor regarding this problem? Your symptoms of light headedness and tremors could symptoms of something else other than excessive Vitamin B6. A good place to start doing research is on the Mayo Clinic website.

Best wishes!

landersen804 ,
I hope things worked out and you are feeling better by this time.

I am in the same situation having B6 at 40. (range 2 - 20) I do not take any multivitamins, b complex or others. I am not sure what caused this. I have added a lot of fruits and veggies for last few months for fiber rich diet, but I do not know if the fruits like bananas caused it to double the level. Unfortunately, this is the first time I tested for B6, so I do not have any past data to compare.

I am having headaches, insomnia and anxiety these days, because of which I asked the doctor and she ran the entire B panel this time. Other B vitamins looks normal range.

What did you do to manage or resolve the condition?
