So sorry for your loss! That was recent. Losing one’s mom can be so profound! I was a daddy’s girl my entire life. I always thought when my dad died I would be absolutely devastated. It was indeed so difficult. Then I lost my mom 3 months later, I was gutted! Like having a shotgun blast to the abdomen. I felt orphaned. I was walking, talking and working, but it was hard to believe life goes on with such literal pain from a broken heart. When I felt so wounded. It is an invisible pain. Time truly does heal. It took me many years, but it is much better now. I wish you the best at this difficult time. ❤️
