Thank you. The way it feels, it can't come soon enough. I keep going. I also have a problem in the lumbar area and it doesn't look good. Severe spinal stenosis and such in some areas. I did my back exercises this morning. That helped some. I also pressed on my cervical spine with my fingers shortly after the exercises and it popped at C3-4 I think it was. It felt better after that. I also watched a movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding #3. I would highly recommend it. So funny and I loved seeing Greece and this wonderful family. Helped me with the pain. Next I need to turn and water my plants. Life is a balance and we can live with pain. I am wishing a great day and hope, that some way, I have been an encouragement.
