← Return to the best practice of how often to replace nebulizer tube?

Since the tubing is plastic, do we need to worry about the particles in it? In that sense, frequent replacement may not be good, because that exposes us to more particles. (if we don't think about where the plastic tubing ends up, I bet we all do.) I would love to find a safe time zone that we can use as long as we can. That is why I raise this question. I hope together, we can find that safe zone.
Many thanks to everyone.

Interesting thought " frequent replacement may not be good, because that exposes us to more particles." We can also possibly feel that the longer you use it the plastic weakens and particles break off. Go figure. So much has been said about what plastics have done to the environment and us. What to do, what to do? I guess replace it no less than six months (per the mfg. Monaghan ) or sooner if you think it best and in line with your thoughts or according to NJH, Mayo etc. etc. ? What a learning curve this is for those of us new to all that is associated with a Bronchiectasis diagnosis.
