Benzodiazepine withdrawal is by far the worst thing I have ever gone through in my life. And I am not alone. There are thousands of us in Facebook groups alone, who experienced many of these odd neurological symptoms. Of course, you can never say for sure that that’s what it is it’s just that the way we describe our symptoms are almost identical, and nothing I would have ever been able to put into words if I hadn’t seen other people trying to describe it.
