@hopeful33250, what about possible Myoclonus that isn’t related to any disease? I’ve had the falling or start feeling when I was falling asleep for years (not chronically) but the jerking has been a new thing for me, maybe the last 10 years. It may be related to my medication. I’ve been on carbamazepine and sertraline for almost 25 years. I respond well to them so my doctors haven’t wanted to change my medication.
Some are slight, more like a feeling, and some are pronounced and very noticeable. It’s more annoying and I can get odd looks from people, especially strangers, when it happens.
