Hello
I would definitely try a higher dose of gabapentin. Many people tolerate it well at doses of 1000mg and more per day. I take 600mg as needed for severe nerve pain.It does make me groggy but helps me sleep and move with much less pain. God bless whatever you decide.

Thanks for the reply I have started taking 100 mg of Gabapentin twice a day with my Diclofenac and it seems to be helping some.
