Hey. Yes he had surgery yesterday and praise God he is doing well. The surgeon said he got most of it and says he can get the remainder with radiation. We are waiting for a bed in acute care, and we can get out of ICU. He is walking talking eating and drinking. God is good.

Brinah, that is fantastic news. I've been holding my breath and am very grateful you took the time to write. I especially love the sentence "He is walking talking eating and drinking." Incredible that his surgery was only yesterday.

And you? I can imagine you're running on adrenaline. Don't forget yourself. Are you also eating? Getting some sleep?
