There is an eating plan called trim healthy momma. It’s a couple of sisters in Tennessee or there about. When I followed it I lost almost 75lbs. No sugar but sugar substitutes. They have some good snacks. The cream cheese and peanut butter bites with chocolate chips was my go to for sweets. I should be on it now but can’t follow it without my wife helping me cook and she doesn’t want to have to plan that much. It takes a lot of work. I should figure it out and do it on my own. I am not as heavy but still about 40 lbs from where I should be and at least 30 off from where the doctor wants me to be.

I have been having some strange beats and sensations in my chest. I know something is going on but not sure what. Sent an Apple Watch ECG to my cardiologist who said it was normal but immediately ordered a monitor for two weeks and then out of the blue my chart on line says to schedule my next echo and complete blood work up 6 months early.

My biggest problem is that I have diverticulitis which makes it so I strain hard everyday almost even with eating lots of bran and avoiding nuts and rice etc. I am a walking time bomb but enjoying each day and trying to not focus on what if. Cheers

Great job losing all that weight. I have a 20 pound tire around my waist. I need to shed per the heart surgeon. The closer to BMI you are the better. I’m 5 ‘11 - 210-215. but 20 pounds is as good as it gets for me. I am having a hard time losing weight. I will check into it thx ML
