Mountain life sounds very peaceful. I'd imagine it serves you well, in addition to your optimistic attitude, and you will be back to re-engaging in old activities before you know it. Best of luck!

Thanks, Rachel. Yes, Lilly is our first and we were beginning to wonder if that would ever happen! She is a dear, darling and lives only a few hours away. Just turned five months old...

I'm feeling great these days. The docs suggested it might take 9-12 months for the spinal bones to complete their healing - and I've reached 10 months (almost) and I can feel myself returning more to normal. I'm ready to play golf again and to go back hiking into the woods.
