Hi Phil @upstatephil, Thank you for letting us get to know you a little better. I can relate to your favorite quote "to err is human". Have made many mistakes in my life during the past 80 years but I am extremely happy to say that finding Connect was not one of them. Meeting members like yourself, learning and sharing experiences and helping others is food for the soul.

Now I have to get back to my morning duties 🙃

Haha. Your kitty seems to like that duty! What is his/her name?

Thinking of my corporate life - I used to coach the new executives who were often afraid to make mistakes and thus, shied away from even making decisions - which would never do! So I told them that if 100% of their decisions were well reasoned and supported - as long as 51% worked out right...that spelled success to me!
