unfortunately a lot of people here are missing the point. @cathy58, there is very legitimate reasons why she should stop driving her car. and why her daughter is worried about her driving while on oxygen. i said it here before. THEY DO NOT put you on oxygen for shits & grins. Cathy says she has COPD. her daughter is not being mean. she's very concerned about her. and if something were to happen to Cathy or another person. everyone here would be saying, WHERE was her family. WHY didn't they say or do something. BUT, NO. everyone here is saying. YOU have the right to continue to drive. they say i'm older than you. from their 70s up into their 90's. good for you. UNTIL you have that 1 accident. and that's ALL it takes. quit being selfish. and think of your family and friends. and the person in the other car. and their families. d 🏳️‍🌈

I agree Danny, Our lawyer drew up a statement in our power of attorney that says when our family decides we can no longer drive, we agree to allow them to take our keys away ( not the exact language but you get the drift) .
