I, too need gum grafting in two places due to recession. I don’t think they’ll be a big deal, based on the periodontist’s report. I don’t know what resorption of a tooth is exactly, but from a quick online look, a root canal might fix it. I understand the stress and I’m sorry you’re going through this. Fingers crossed as you work to resolve this issue. Cheers!

It’s where the tooth destroys itself from the inside out . It looked like someone scooped out a portion of my tooth . It’s very rare . Believe it or not years ago I had the same thing on the other side and it had to be pulled and I had an implant put in .

I just had my appointment with a periodontist and need a root canal. It’s scheduled for next month . The periodontist feels the tooth can be saved . I have resorption of my molar. Let’s hope that when she gets in there it doesn’t need to be pulled . I’m in my 8 month of Evenity .
