Trying to choose supplements carefully

I’ve been taking Algaecal along with Ultra k2, Grassfed Bone and Marrow and Grassfed Living Bone - both from Ancestral Supplements - and Boron. My last dexascan results showed no significant changes - meaning I didn’t get worse - which I considered a win.
It’s important it’s not just one thing that will improve osteoporosis or osteopenia. It’s a combination because bone building is complex. Specific weight bearing exercises are also critical to incorporate.
And everyone’s body is different- you have to be willing to try and be consistent to see if you get results.
I like Margaret Martin for her recommendations based on where you are starting in terms of exercise- new to it, occasional exerciser to an athlete. Her book is “Exercise for Better Bones” - safe and effective exercises for osteoporosis.

Ann Kearns, who has been mentioned somewhere here, has written a really good book titled "Mayo Clinic on Osteoporosis." Publuished in 2021.
